Microsoft has just updated the docs.microsoft.com page with the real-life scenarios and the solutions that can be downloaded and used to extend Talent. The key to this (and my personal advice to the Dynamics 365 for Talent Consultants) is: start learning CDS and PowerApps. That is the way!
