Posted on

As promised, Microsoft has released the new product on the 1st of February. Actually was more on the 4th of February, very-very early in the morning, but the features are here:

1. First, let’s remember the name changes – from Dynamics 365 for Talent to Dynamics 365 Human Resources

2. Also, no more Attract and Onboard. Of course, no more Offer Management

3. The Price has changed and a new license is available:

  • Dynamics 365 Human Resources – $120 /user/month – a minimum of 5 is required
  • HR Employee Self-Service – $4 /user/month

4. New Benefits Management module in Preview. After announcing the acquisition of licensing right from Elevate HR in October 2019, Microsoft has released the preview of the new module. You can activate it from any Sandbox environment, from the Features Management. The following features can be enabled:

5. New Leave and Absence features, (purchased from Four Vision) have been released. My favorite one is the Leave and Absence Calendar

And the manager’s view…

6. Other Leave and Absence features are related to holiday corrections, accrual auditing and deletion,  etc. accrual rounding. I’ll come back with these new features in a later post.
